Digital Product Policy

The Clear Skin System is a digital product (PDF) delivered electronically immediately after payment.

Because digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are generally final.

When Refunds Are Allowed

A refund may be issued only in the following cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase
• You completed payment but were unable to access or download the product due to a technical issue
• There was a confirmed error on our end in delivering the product

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

When Refunds Are Not Allowed

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Not finding the content useful or relevant
• Expecting personalised advice or guaranteed results
• Failure to read the product description before purchase

Results from educational content vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
